At C. Howard Co., Inc., we process and ship online orders Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

We currently ship through USPS and FedEx, offering flexible delivery options based on your location and needs.

Please note: Processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns, even if the item is unopened.

If your order arrives damaged, affected by heat/humidity, or if you're unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out through the contact form on our Contact Page. Be sure to describe the issue in detail, and do not discard the product. Depending on the situation, we’ll provide specific instructions on how to proceed.
