C. Howard Co., Inc. ships online orders Monday - Thursday only. We do not ship online orders Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Our online stores shipping options are UPS, USPS and FedEx.

RETURNS

C. Howard Co., Inc. can not accept returns on our food products. Even if the product is unopened, we cannot accept returns.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your product, broken product, extreme heat and humidity exposure or any type of damage due to shipping, please use the contact form located on our contact page and describe your problem. If you have a problem with a product DO NOT throw it away. Depending on the problem we will give you instructions.
